I had a small health food kick.
Try some shirataki noodles. Make sukiyaki(which is what I'm gonna make when I get home in the morning, coincidentally). They're incredibly healthy, as I understand it.

Edit: Oh, and poach some white fish in green tea. Also tasty. Also healthy. And you should make some instant oatmeal with green tea instead of water, for more tasty healthy goodness.

Lentils go excellent with bacon(and you don't have to use too much to make them awesome).

How would I mix them with bacon? Do you mean bacon crumblings? Do cover a piece of bacon in lentils (how do they stick)? Do I wrap a slice of bacon around a lentil (It's healthy right)?

The crumblings. Kind of a lentil salad with bacon dressing.
