Should have been "Sephiroth Fanboy", since that's a whole different class of FF Fanboy. The one most prone to being fail, in my experience.
This
I was at an anime "mini-con" a month or so ago. There was a Sephiroth figure from Advent Children and this dude was absolutely losing his sh*t over it. He picked it up and ran over to his friends and was like, "OH... MY... GOD... EPIC WIN AMIRITE?" or something extremely stupid like that. Even his friends looked embarrassed to be with him. If you've never been to an anime convention, everyone is acting like an idiot and no one really cares. You're at an anime convention for crying out loud, social stereotypes pretty much demand it. Everyone is generally cool with it. That should say something about what a ******** this guy was.
There's a Linkshell in FFXI, I wanna say it was on Unicorn, called NoSephirothShell. The only rule for membership was that your name can't be Sephiroth or any misspelling of it.
Also, this:
I rage when people say "toon." I also rage when people say "I rolled a
<class_name>." Not so much anymore. The terms are here to stay, and there isn't a damn thing I can do about it, so I usually rage quietly to myself.
