It was rather embarrassing. And it might have been more of a perfecta, since I forgot that I had just imbibed a 20 oz. bottle of Pepsi Max.
They account for WCS (most people get nervous when giving blood), but damn man, that's some intense hypertension. I'm not sure what your resting BP is, but you need to get that looked at probably.

Honestly, it wouldn't hurt. BP can jump up by as much as 20 when you're stressed, but if you're over 150 at rest then there's going to be some trouble down the road.
