Atlus has their own page on the ThatOneBoss page, though nobody has added any Demon's Souls bosses.

So far this game has been more frustratingly stupid than hard. For the most part it's easyish, until it decides you're going to die, and that's that.
That's because you haven't fought the last boss of the final area in world one yet.

Dude was painful to kill. Of course, several others were kinda tough(Maneater, for instance), but that guy...
Well of course. I've been too busy missing ledges by half an inch, and having others invade and then proceed to 1shot me to get that far. I got 2 bosses in the first area, and 1 each in all except one of the rest done yesterday before i stopped.
If you stay in spirit form, you won't get invaded, iirc, though you'll have lower health as a consequence.

Yeah, 200 less hp, and losing a ring slot (unless i want to drop another 200 hp, down to 400 total) doesn't really work out too well.

Only if you suck.

I did over half the bosses in the game as a spirit(I just wouldn't bother to rez after dying), it worked out fine for me.

I must be doing something wrong then.

Meh, spent some time farming yesterday, and found a regen shield/ring today, and the bosses are more much more manageable now.

What kind of build are you going for? I was a magic built noble, so that may have played a role in how much less health meant to me.

I'm a temple knight with a more defensive build. I put most of my points into vitality, or endurance. It probably doesn't help that i've yet to find anything better than the starting armor, or that i play fairly aggressively. And yeah, i'd say so. Being able to kill **** before it even gets in range kind of makes hp not matter.

My favorite build involved a Regenerator's Ring, Adjudicator's Shield +5, and a Blessed Claymore +5 for a total of like 18 HP/sec regen. I would just 2-hand the claymore and leave the shield on my back usually.

Upgrading the shield increases the regen?

Yep.

Also, being able to range just means most enemies use different attacks on you, you still have to be good at dodging.

Well ****, i need to upgrade that.

You should try 2Hing it. IIRC, you lose less stamina when blocking with a shield in both hands and you still hit decently hard early on with it as a weapon.

I have a halberd+6 =\

Which is ******* awesome, since it has a huge like xbox swing range, and can easily take out a group of mobs at once. Though it's kind of slow. Meh.

While true, I suggest that nothing's funnier than heavy swinging a shield and hitting a black phantom invader.

This fool's idol boss is impossible. If i kill it, nothing happens. Also, there's a copy that repeatedly revives every time i kill it, even after the main boss is dead. do wat now?
