Sorta. I can tell if when I try to go to bed whether or not I'll be able to fall asleep or if I'm just going to end up staring at the ceiling for hours.
I have to be pretty much dead tired so that I just fall asleep out of exhaustion. Otherwsie, there's a bunch of chatter in my head that keeps me awake. I used to be able to drown it out with music, but now that's not working.
