I can't say for sure, never having met Usagi. His online, reserved "at work" self doesn't really seem odd at all to me, so his oddness is something of an informed ability to me, but if he's as odd as you guys claim he is, they're both in about the same league.

I did 4 years of german, and one in french (though the teacher was the worst teacher ever, and class mostly consisted of seeing how fast everyone could get kicked out) in HS.
