Weird forum question/musing:

Say, for lulz, we decide to have some kind of heavily rated thread in a journal. I'm not sure why, just work with me here. The fact that ratings in journals don't matter being a partial catalyst. But, say an admin decides, again, for lulz, to move it somewhere random(let's say the Vanguard forums). Would that mean the ratings would suddenly matter? Or would they still not count since they actually happened while in journal land?

Just something I became curious about while eating a vanilla/milk chocolate/almond ice cream bar.
