how many showers is too many showers in one day?
Today I may end up taking 4.

Would it be wise of me to ask why you're taking so many showers?
I would ask nixnot, i'm sure he would know.
1. when I woke up
2. between jobs (one of my jobs is working outside, then I have to go to another job where BO wouldn't be appropriate)

Oh, then you should probably shower constantly, only stopping to sleep.
That's not too many showers. I would say that if you are going to do it, use a moisturizing soap, but I'm sure you already have more products in the bathroom than the average woman.
I'm naturally moist.
Then you're fine. You probably don't need a full scrubdown on each one, if all you are doing is rinsing off sweat. Just soap on the pits and crotch.
