It's like Excel Saga in uber hyper mode. It's a spin off that has next to nothing to do with Excel Saga. It takes place in the F Prefecture. That's about the only tie story wise it has that I know of.
That and Poemi appears in Excel Saga once (maybe twice) when the character was still being developed, so it doesn't really look like her at all, but yeah. Oh yeah, and Nabeshin is in it too. And Kumi Kumi.
