Probably only like 8~12 hours a day usually.
When i'm bored i like to harass dave into posting.

They should make rating someone down cost you some of your own karma.
Or even better, rating someone down would take some of their karma and add it to yours, like stealing their soul.

That would just encourage people to rate down every single post they see.
Really the end result would be that anyone without scholar would quickly be rated down enough to have all their posts start unrated, and for everyone else would depend on how often you posted. If you posted davejohnsan style (ie 1 post per year), then you'd be sitting comfortably at guru, but if you post more than once or twice a month, you'd be rated down over 9000 times per post, resulting in a very quick subscholar status.
DAVEJOHNSAN WOULD RULE THE WORLD
He would end up with over 6+ karma.
Rating someone up shoudl do something awesome.
