I hadn't seen the video. Before I was fairly convinced that it was a female voice, but had a small margin of doubt.
Upon seeing the video, I was like, woah that voice does not go with that face. I had a feeling it was a lip sync, even.
But it is an girl.

I can sorta see what you mean.
Edit: Yeah, voice doesn't really match the face. But I've seen odder voice/face combinations.
