I guess.

I wish I had a movie to watch, other than Gran Torino (as great as it was).

It was slightly better than the Appleseed movies. Slightly I still wish that the director would give his female protagonists a little personality instead of just making them all Cloud clones. Inexplicably awesome at everything and about as talkative as a wall and about as much personality.

It makes me afraid for the female protagonist in my book should it ever become popular.

It's the last thing I want for any character in any story I write. Thus I shall just adamantly refuse to let anyone make a movie of a book I write unless I get to co-direct it and have a veto over the casting and scripting decisions.

I doubt your books will be that good, but if they ever do great, I'll direct the movies for you.

Good yes, Popular is another question. I wouldn't publish it if I didn't think it was good, nor do I think I could find someone to publish it if it wasn't good.

One I am currently writing. Approximately one chapter in, but a lot of though has gone into world development and the like. I also have most of the story plotted out roughly till mid-way through the second book.
