I've been switching back and forth between Cherry Yerba Mate Amp and Fruit Punch NOS lately.

I like the original, and Cherry Amp. Great for keeping me awake during night shifts Smiley: thumbsup

And then I switched to drinking the free tea, and occasional Lipton green iced tea's.

I drink the odd Full Throttle cus if the caffeine don't wake me up that ridiculously strong taste will. I however have been cutting back on caffeine consumption a lot lately.

Nah don't it rots your teeth and caffeine is really bad for you. Regular Caffeine consumption has been linked to calcium deficiency in your bones. The caffeine inhibits the proper absorption and distribution of calcium through your body among many other bad things.

Another bonus to Rum and Gingerale aside from the better flavour is the lack of caffeine in Gingerale.
