I'm pretty far from doing this. I have not ran any kind if distance since High School...and that was like 6yrs ago.

With the knowledge I have, this will help, and will definitely purify your body and help it run better, but without a solid exercise regimen, you won't loose weight at a rate that will make you feel like you're achieving something. This I know.

Also, make sure you eat breakfast in the morning to start your metabolism up, and don't eat anything after 8pm to allow your metabolism to adjust to a sleeping patter.

I'm kinda perverse in that I actually like my belly.

Then again, and it's nothing against you *************** iirc, you're about 100~125lbs heavier than I am.

Sex'd probably help you to loose weight. That's cardio and if you're thrusting hard enough, almost weight lifting.

2weeks ago I went to a Doc, I was at 356 iirc XD
But 4weeks prior to that I was at 370 or so.
20lbs in a month isn't too shabby.

Yeah, that's been my issue as well.
Also, my estimate was about right. I'm sitting at about 250~260 right now. I get about 30~40 minutes a day of walking. I like food (and the feeling of a full belly) too much to restrain eating, so I keep myself healthy in other ways as well.

I'm waiting for when an Airline does a Kevin Smith at me though. That'll be funny.

I'm glad I have a fear of heights, I think this would actually embarrass me. I've always been ok with being Big, but to be taken off a plan because you are TOO big...

True.
I've meet people bigger then me, it is kind of scary.
But I guess that is how "normal" people feel when the meet me..all scared and stuff..like I'm going to eat them, zombie style or something.

Dude, people say they're intimidated by me, and they can't explain it. I'm not very tall, or very wide. I don't think I have an angry face either. The hair is intimidating, but it's awesome too.
