Missing some LW patterns from AD... need helpFollow

I was using Ackis to scan for missing LW patterns and I came across 6 LW patters (4 at revered, 2 at exalted) that I could get from Argent Dawn. But the best I can find out, I need to do a quest in old Naxx: http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?source=live;wquest=9233

Since the old Naxx is gone, is there another way of getting these 6 LW patterns? or am I forever cursed with incomplete LW recipe set?

If its any consulation, the raw mats needed in those recipes also dropped from Old Naxx so unless you're after them as a collector, they're moot.
