The recipe isn't actually on any of the merchants - there's a drunk mage in one of the corners (opposite side that the bar is on) with a quest !over his head - click on him and it'll teach you the recipe (assuming you've already done the Nessing quest).
You can find the fruit to make it being sold by the barmaids on the other side of the sewers.
The fish feast cost 5 cooking awards and is on the last page, the new worg recipe is on the second page and costs the normal 3.

Did they add rare recipes to the daily awards as well? I just picked one up today, was quite surprised.
That would be cool if they did. There's an achievement for 160 recipes and I am around 50 shy.

Kungaloosh makes me sad.
This word was the "toast" word at the Adventurer's Club, Downtown Disney. One of my favorite Disney attractions, shut down in '08.

The Dalaran cooking dailies will give the same rare recipes as the Shatt ones - one of my alts scored the chocolate cake not too long ago.
