Enchant rings questionFollow

Just wondering if anyone has tried putting the ring enchants on scrolls? I haven't heard if it works or not, so i'm just curious. I know ring enchants before patch were just for the enchanter, but with the addition of scrolls, was wondering how Blizz handled ring enchants.

Possible? yey/nay? Please respond if you actually tried it.

Can you point out where it says anywhere that you need enchanting skill for it to be active? I looked all over on wiki and here at alla, and I can't find anything about the enchant scrolls for rings. Did you put a ring enchant on a scroll; Does the scroll say "Enchanting skill of 375 is required"? Or did the ring say that after you used a ring enchant scroll on it?


If you are referring to the "Requires Enchanting (375)" in the regular enchant description, the number inside the () is the skill level need to do the enchant.

I know ur probably like wtf, but i havent played in a while.

They added in 3.0 (I believe) that you must have enchanting 375 (or 350) for ring enchants to work. It was always mandatory to do so to be able to enchant rings (only Enchanters can do them to their own rings) making many people level enchanting, enchant all their rings, and then dropping it and re-leveling another profession (which as I mentioned was broken in 3.0 when they made enchanting a requirement to get the bonuses).
