OK, I finally got to LW 365 (Dragon) for my hunter. I'm now trying to finish it up, but all my recipes are grey except for "Golden Breatplate", which is green. Frankly, it would cost too much time, money, and effort to level 10 points on that alone, especially with AH inflation so bad on Madoran's server. So, what and where can I get other patterns to get me there? Also, I think the heavy knothide leather kit was green until the newest patch, but it's definitely grey now; some of the older posts now seem out of date because of it. Thanks in advance for helping out...

Drums of panic is what you use to finish it off. Cheapest way.

make sure to check all reputation quarermasters for all patterns.
Drums as was stated above are the best way to get the last few points.
Check the AH for high level patterns, check the quartermasters for rep patterns.

/agree with Drums. Since the mats no longer include primals, they are the easiest way to go.

Drums of Panic is good from a cost-of-mats perspective, but less useful for the end product.

Drums of Battle is a very good one, in my opinion. If you plan on raiding at all, or even if you're just doing 5-mans, the haste boost from them is very nice. Many high-end raiding guilds require people to take LW just to make these. While the mats are a little more costly than the Panic drums (4 Thick Clefthoof vs. 4 Fel Hide), as a hunter I personally never had much trouble grinding Clefthoofs and it doesn't take too long to accumulate the needed mats.

My advice for all looking for recipes is get Ackis Recipe list , most times it surprises me with recipes i did not know about and if sold from a trainer will say who and where to go.

ackis from here.. http://www.curse.com/downloads/details/10057/

It saves me a lot of gold as most vendor recipes get sold at auction at stupidly high prices , and of course i also sell them when i find them so i take advantage as many others do.
