Well with the new pvp items blacksmitting has become totally useles for making weapons .

youve spended such o lod of gold to finally make the high end weapon with youre profession, and dont forget the time youve spend to finnaly get the mats to make it.
And now you can buy a better wep with like 2 days of bg`s

we all flame and complain about proffesions but this just tops it all off.

with the next patch blizz really has to improve the existing bs stuff as they really need to make bs more worth it than a prof to make rods for enchanters.

we all know the usual complaining but thats becos its just utterly insane to have bs for youre own good use nowadays.
a blacksmith has been ignored by blizz for the last year or so, (looks like we will be on there ignore list permanently)

if you finally got the gold to buy a nice looking plan from ah, and wanne try to sell it, youll get whispers telling you that the pvp thing is better with less effort.
the insane ammounth of gold to make a non bop item just blows most players minds and you just cant sell it/.

to end my rant.
most bsèrs had enough with this ignoring of blizz against us.
new pvp weapons make the end bs weapons utterly useless.
WE DEMAND WEAPONS UPDATES AND MORE USABLE PLANS TO MAKE FOR OTHERS TO USE.

Have you printed up signs and T-Shirts? If so how do I get one? Will they match black? I tend to wear a lot of black.

Sigh...

Let's see...

BS weapons have been around and available, as far as I know, since TBC came out, right? Sure, not many people could get the mats back then, but there was potential, so you could see these weapons on people who got into tier 5 content. Arena 2 started quite a bit into the game.

Now, you can buy all the mats for the best BS weapons. Costs an arm and a leg? Yes... but you can do it without needing to step into a BG once. It is only now, after... how long since TBC has been released?... that you can finally get equivalent items "easily" and even then it costs 27,000 honor points, which will take multiple days to get (on a good day I get over 1000k honor per hour, so I'd be looking at over a full day invested for a single item). On the other hand, if the average price to upgrade to Bloodmoon is 1785 (according to Allakhazam), I can make that in around 5 hours. This is, of course, assuming that I have the other items... which should not really be a concern, if you've been around long enough and are already a Master Axesmith.

Blizzard needs to upgrade the professions next EXPANSION, not the next patch. The same thing was relatively true in vanilla WoW; the best items were around from the beginning. At least Blizzard has become much nicer with TBC; imagine if the best BoP items you could make were Karazhan trash quality? That's what we used to have. Now they're tier 5-6 quality. What they should do is make one more tier on these BoP items, I think, but keep the system as is.

And having a profession "for your own good" has always been silly with a primary profession. There will ALWAYS be an upgrade out there.
