New at this game & need some helpFollow

My cooking and fishing skills are maxed out at 150 and I can't figure out how to train them to the next level. The trainers won't train me so I assume there must be a quest. Can someone tell where to get it. I'm lvl 26 on the alliance side. Thanks in advance

You need to purchase books for 1g each to get to Expert. The vendors are in Booty Bay for fishing, Desolace (H) or Ashenvale (A) for cooking. You can also find the books at the Auction House at about double the price of the vendor. After that you achieve Artisan through quests in your mid-30's.

Luckily for you, Allakhazam's very own handy-dandy brand new Wikibase will give you all the info you need on leveling professions.
