Crystal infused neatherweave bandage?Follow

Is there any such thing or am I imagining things? If these exist then could someone please tell me where do you get the training for them?

Look like the only crystal-infused bandage on that search is the one from Silithus. There is no such thing according to wowwiki either. And the crystal-infused bandage from Silithus is only 2500 health, and requires a PvP component; a Netherweave Bandage is 2800 health.
