I've reached level 300 in enchanting. How do I get beyond 300? Is there a quest? Do I have to be a certain level? I'm only a 47... does that matter?

Any help is appreciated...

You'll need to go see an enchanting trainer in Outlands, this link will provide you with locations, though often the first one most people come across is the one in Hellfire Peninsula.

You will however need to be level 50 to train beyond 300.
