okay, o i'm selling lots of stuff lately, and i have alot of things on the AH, and by alot, i mean like 400+ things.
i wanted to recheck some prices, but i was wondering, is there a way to cancel all auctions with auctioneer?

No, you have to do it manually, and you lose your deposit on the item when you do.
enchanting mats have Deposit fees?

no, but other items do. you didn't specify that they were enchanting mats.
Any items that has no vendor value but sellable on AH has no deposit at all. So you can cancel those without any loss.
