You have created primal water x2Follow

Last night while making my daily transmute, I was surprised to see that I had procced a primal water. I wasn't aware that the bug had been fixed. This is the first proc I've had in the past 2-3 months (aside from a might proc but we know those weren't bugged). Was I simply really lucky or is it fixed.

Anyway, thought I'd share this info for all xmuters that stopped doing anything but mights.

I guess I was simply unlucky since then. Thanks for the info.
