So is there a consolidated list or thread of potion recipes that can only be gotten from factions?
My alchy is just hitting Outlands so I'd like to know what factions I should focus on for the better pots.

For alchemists, it's pretty simple. Get every faction except Consortium to exalted.... I have so much rep to gain :-(

Do you really need a shrouding potion?
As far as I know, it doesn't decrease your threat by that much, especially during a raid.
