i seem to be getting less and less procs since 2.3 ( only one proc since patch to be exact) has anyone else noticed this or am i just having a bad luck streak??
With the 2.3 patch there was a major problem with transmute mastery procs, since 2.3.2 (latest patch) they supposidly fixed that.

Two procs last week, two days apart, each for +1 Primal Might.

I've had absolutely zip proc since 2.3 and continue to get nothing....
I'm feeling kind of lucky. Had another proc last night on a Primal Might x-mute.

My priest has had seceral 3x procs in the last month. I had a 3x primal might and primal fire, water. The 3x primal might rocked. X-mute discoveries have been more frequent as well.
