There is a quest on Theramore Isle that will get you to 300 from 225 for alliance, the same quest in in hammerfall for horde.

Quest: Alliance Trauma (Theramore)
Quest: Horde Trauma (Hammerfall)

http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?wquest=6625 for alliance

easiest way to do the quest is hot key the bandaides, and stand in the middle of the romm. simply rotate around while you bandage.

"... i know the 300-375 one is in hellfire..."

So one needs to be 60+ and have the Burning Crusade Expansion to get beyond First Aid 300?

No, you can get someone else to buy you the book and bring it back

Yes, and no.

You can learn 300-375 before 60 and without going to outlands this way.

But, you do have to have the expansion to expand the level cap beyond 300.

Further, you do not need to be level 58 to go to Outland either, if you have the BC expansion.

At any point you want, just ask a mage to port you to Shattrath. From there you can fly to Honor Hold and buy all the training you want, without having to visit HH first to get the flight point.

If there is a First Aid trainer in Honor Hold, I never found him. The only one I know of is at the Temple of Telhamat. Unfortunately, I don't think you get that FP free.

There isn't one in Honor Hold.

Temple of Telhamat is for alliance and Falcon Watch is for horde. This is where you get the required texts for training first aid.

...unless there is a trustworthy warlock that can summon you. Not me - I'm not trustworthy.
