I feel like a noob for asking, but what is the name of the book that enables fishing tracker? And what do you fish it out of?
You get it from a Weather-Beaten Journal. It comes out of crates you fish up from many places but it seems like people have a lot of luck with Zangarmarsh, from the many debris nodes in the various lakes.

Thx. I would had tried harder to find it, but I posted this on an ipod touch and I'm still getting use to working it. Thx again for the help
