What new stuff have you got from the fish barrels and meat crates?

a recipe with 7200 mana regen and "enlightens" you for 23 spell damage and healing [ill recheck when servers are back up]

a recipe for 7500 health only. uses alcohol [port], one feltail [or was it?] and soothing spices.

Its good to finally have a high regen food item for when 4k doesnt cut it anymore. Plus it really annoys me when i have to waste buffs on foods when i already have the buff up.

i also a third one. forgot waht it was.

What recipes have you got from the quest?

Not from the cooking daily, but there is stewed trout that gives 7500 health regen (with no buff) and is made with port, soothing spices, and the trout from Zangar. You get the recipe from the Harborage.

The tank in my guild loves it (when I'm not around to throw him heals, of course).

Same here. I've only made one Chocolate Cake to see what it did, but I've seen them on the AH selling for 5g! For fireworks? Anyone been able to sell them for this much?

What is the NPC name for the Cooking daily? I've just gotten my cooking to 375 and would like to start gathering some new recipes. I checked the Quests under cooking but didn't see one in Shatt

The questgiver is in the NE section of Shat. Should be easy to find as he'll have a blue exclamation point on the minimap.

The extremely pixelicious barmaid in Lower City also offers the Stewed Trout recipe, fyi.

I got a recipe for Skullfish Soup. [20 spell crit and 20 spirit, I believe] People in my guild have found the cake recipe, Kibler's Bits, [20 strength and spirit for pets] and Spicy Hot Talbuk [I think that's what it was called.. 20 hit rating, I believe.]

The Stormchops (which I have yet to make yet) and the Spicy Talbuk Steaks (with the hit rating buff). The talbuk is very cool. I haven't tried it out yet, but I'm stockpiling the stuff in anticipation of needing the hit boost more than the agi boost from the mudfish/warpburgers.

I also like how they tend to give you the ingredients of the new recipe when you get it. A starter kit of sorts.

I wish I got the Stormchops...

I've only got the Spicy Talbuk Steaks so far. I don't seem to have much luck in getting them. What are the odds of getting any of the recipe's. I've only done about 7 so far, so was wondering on other people's results.

I've managed to score all the new recipes except for the one for chocolate cake. I REALLY liked the first couple days when I was able to replenish my stockpile of Hot Buttered Trout and have some Fisherman's Feast/Spicy Crawdad to use as well.

so, the first few times i picked the meat crate...got some good mats and what not.

the last few days i have been pickin the fish barrel since i hate fishing and thought some of those mats would be nice to get.
...is it me, or does the fish barrel mats ---suck?
i got some vendor trash, some fish to cook---NO well feed buff from cooked...and the golden darters...only 4 at a time..whats up with that...bad luck, or chitty reward pick?

..the meat boxes...at least all the mats cooked to well feed food.
fish barrel sucks.
