fadeleaf nerfFollow

damn...just gotta moan about this. as a level 35 herbalist in stranglethorn, i was able to reliably gather fadeleaf and then sell it for 20g a stack (made over 120g in this way in a week), which is a TON at that level. But now that its no longer needed for vanish or whatever, can't even offload it for 5g a stack. damn.

what were rogues even doing buying fadeleaf before?

if they just used pickpocket or some such they'd be drowning in premade blinding powder from all the lockboxes. Hell even if you just pickpocketed for lockboxes to level up the skill you'd be drowning in stacks.

Lazy rogues with lots of money no longer have to spend anything on Fadeleaf, which is what the OP was referring to.

Blind = No reagent cost nowadays.

That is why Tenjen said 'were' as in past tense.

Thankfuly I noticed this change coming in the patch notes. I was able to farm fadeleaf very reliably from instances.(and faster and more reliable than I could pickpocket for it) And I had a boatload of it because I was providing for 3 pvp rogues so we were going through it like hotcakes (at the peaks I often had as many as 20-30 stacks of fadeleaf in my bank at a time. When I saw the patchnotes; I that day listed lots of them on the AH for 1-2g less than AH price (ah was 17-20g at the time) and sold a bunch in /trade too. One person asked why I was selling for so cheap, I simply responded that I didnt need so much anymore. So all was sold and I was a happy camper because I had made mucho cash and now didnt need to farm for it anymore. I do miss the income but oh well, most patches make this game easier at some level so it was bound to happen.

Never underestimate the power of QQ'ers in large groups I guess lol.
