i'm lv pally but i let my BS fall behind i have been spending all my money lv'ing up i'm at 268, i have this art of armoursmithing quest but don't know where to get the plans for the things i have to make.
Go google some, there are many guides out there telling you how to lvl your prof fast.

Learn to use Allakhazam. You don't really need to Google, because you can type the name of the quest into the search box. You can also type the plan names into the search box to learn who drops/sells them.

On the search bar on the left of this page, scroll down to "Quests..." "by Tradeskill" It will list all the blacksmithing quests.
Further down, under "Trade Skills..." "by Trade" you will be able to see all the things you can make with blacksmithing and where to get the plans.
