I have skill lvl 225 in Alchemy.
I just went to Stonard in order to lvl up to Artisan.
But Rogvar (the alchemy trainer) wouldn't train me!
He gave me two new receipes, but I couldn't train to the next lvl (artisan).
What's wrong?
Could it be that I'm too low? I'm lvl 31.

You might need to go to a capital city and go to one of the more experienced trainers there. Once you reach a certain level one trainer can't teach you anything else.
level 20 required to go 150+ in crafting
level 35 required to go 225+ in crafting
level 50 required to go 300+ in crafting
check back at the correct trainer at 35 or higher. it sould be about 15 minutes of killing with this new patch.

The head alchemist in UC is now training artisan i think ;)
