Alch+Herb or Ench+Skin for HunterFollow

Hey everyone,
I'm gonna start a Hunter but I'm not sure what Proffesion to take, I've recently asked people on my server what Proff was the best, Alchemy+Herbalism or Enchanting+Skinning..they would say Alchemy+Herbalism is good because you could always use some potions, plus if you out level them, they'd still be useful and they'd be very good for PvEing at 70 ( which is what I'm going to do once I reach it ) But I'm not very keen on Herbalism, since they look hard to find and hard to gather and skill up. For Enchanting+Skinning..they'd say Enchanting is good too because you can enchant your gear to be better and sell enchants so you get rich easily, but then to skill up, it takes ALOT of money. Skinning, I just wanted because I love to skin! I dont mind killing beasts over and over again, and Leatherworkers could need them too..

One more thing! Where can you farm Primals, like Primal Water or whatever that could sell for alot on AH? I could do with money when I need it, even though I have a main but only lvl 63 :(
