I would like to know how to untrain in a profession. I chose leather working and don't want to do that anymore, but can't seem to find out how to untrain?
Please help!

Press 'k' to open up your skill menu. Then click on Leatherworking. In the lower box where the description is, you should see a little red icon. Click it and it will allow you to drop the skill.
Yep - under the profession you want to drop (on the skills page of your character sheet, not spellbook), look for a redish circle with line through (small icon) next to the skill) and click this to unlearn the profession
