im starting afresh with my profeesions, and i would like to ask you what would be most useful for me? it seems like all professions are very useful, but i dont know which would be best for me. any advice would be ,much appreciated.

What do you want from a profession? Money, gear, or fun stuff. In that order, mining, leatherworking, engineering. Enchanting is always nice to have if you change gear alot.

In that case, almost certainly enchanting. By selling mats gained through disenchanting, you'll have that 5000G in very little time.

Agree.
I know I can run thru any instance up to ST? (I have not tried solo, but have walked many people thru it in a group). You can disenchant skill up by farming those, with almost no problems.
Also, being lv 70, even skilling up on the enchants will help your gear out. Who cares if it's minor health to chest, if you don't have anything there at the moment. Something is better than nothing. When you skill up on Agi stuff you're home =P
I've been meaning to change mine from LW to Enchanting... but honestly I like making the drums, riding crops, and armor kits (Clefthoof FTW)
