I tried with a few ppl, they put their item in the 'will not trade', I select the enchant, click on the item and nothing happens every time.. I've tried with low lvl items too thinking maybe i tried to enchant some item that is to high lvl.. what am i doing wrong? Please help.. I'd hate to have to drop enchanting..

you're probably using the wrong button to click. use the other one. or once you see the enchant that will be given on the item, click on the Trade button to finish the transaction.

You're doing it fine as far as you went. The enchantment will not complete until the other person clicks his 'trade' button.

Yeah, this is usually the problem. Even though it is in the "Do Not Trade" box, if the other person has never done this before they are reluctant to press "Trade" after the transaction is completed. I had this happen to me three times with the first person I ever tried to do this with (it was obviously his first time also) and thought I had to be doing something wrong.

I noticed one other thing..... after you select the enchant, you have to click on "enchant" and then click on the item, just like you do when you enchant your own items. You may already be doing this, but it didn't say anything in your post. Just a thought

Ha! You're doing better than me when I first tried enchanting soulbound stuff for others. I didn't know what the no trade box was for and thought I had to have the item in my inventory in order to enchant it. Some mouthy kid was wanting an enchant and I told him that I couldn't enchant soulbound items and that he'd have to have something he could trade to me to do the enchant and then give the item back to him. He immediately announced in the trade channel that I was a scammer trying to get people to hand over their green items to me.

This is truly stupid advise. It's the type of thing that an enchanter who thinks that enchanting skill is about enchanting things insted of selling mats. The truth is that enchanting items will only make you about 10% profit, while selling enchanting mats will double your gold on a regular basis. SPAMMING enchants means dealing with the utterly noobish. If you really want to enchant stuff do it for guildies instead of the general public. Getting to L250 (or even 300) is fairly easy, and can be done well before you get your epic mount. You should have enough gold for your epic well before you are able to get your normal mount at L40.
