Battlemaster enchant matsFollow

Did the mats for battlemaster change or something? When I got my battlemaster enchant, it required only 2 void, 8 large bri, and 8 primal water but now it says 8 void, 8 large bri and 1 primal water. I only got it cuz the mats where cheap but now the population with this enchant will be even lower than it was.
