Level 37 Warlock with 225 skinning skillhas been to 4 skinning trainers and has failed to be offered Artisan skinning. Maximum was Expert training in each.
What am I missing???

Pretty sure he said skinning, not LW.
I'm pretty sure that on horde side, there is one in Camp T and another in Thunder Bluff.

OOPPS my bad. Usually any skinner will train every level, not sure what is wrong. I forget any details, and I am at 300 skinning
