okay if you get boar's speed enchant on something that already has a run increase like the AB boots. will it stack so its at 16% movement speed? or does it negate or over ride each other?
That enchantment doesn't stack with other movement-speed increasing effects, so you'll end up with an 8% increase even if you enchant those boots.
