Ok, I feel like I'm missing something obvious somewhere, so I have to ask what might sound like s stupid question. You start out to train as a miner, or more specifically an apprentice miner with a maximum skill up to 75. Every single miner trainer I've seen since then will teach you expert mining, but your skill has to be 125. How in the hell do you get from 75 to 125?? It seems as though an entire level of training is missing, or I'm missing something.
I know I need to learn journeyman mining, but that option is NOT listed on any mining trainer I have seen yet. They skip over this entire level, even the trainer in Ironforge, and if dwarves know anything it should have to do with rocks and mining.

It sounds like you've either learned it already or you've selected to hide available training.
Click the arrow at the top of the training screen and make sure the green option is selected.
If that doesn't work I'd contact a GM.

it may require you to be a certain level on your character progression also.
