Noob enchanting questionFollow

Hello Chaps,

I've read some of the stickies and can't find an answer to my (really quite stupid) enchanting question which is;

Q. Can I enchant an item with a stat bonus which also includes an inherent bonus for the same stat in that item?

For example. I find the "Lovestick of the Whale" which has +15 Good Lovin' bonus. If I then enchant the item with a further +15 Good Lovin' bonus do I have a cumilative +30 Good Lovin' bonus?
