The item database on this site contains Auction House pricing details. If you look at http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=23538&locale=enUS;source=live and click on AH pricing history you can see the data.
However, at least on my server it is far more common for items like this to be made to order than bought over the AH. This usually takes the form of the customer gathering or purchasing all materials except the Primal Nether, then finding a crafter and paying a fee for the Primal Nether (usually from 100 to 400 gold depending on the scarcity and quality of the item).
