Just wondering, is it worth DE cheap Blues from AH or BoP blues or would i make more money selling them for higher or vendoring it?

it depends on the blue item and what it will disenchant into. The easiest way to find out is to install enchantrix and find out what each item will DE into. Then go look in the AH for how much that shard is going for. If it is more than what the item is worth then do it.

blue shards used to be a very nice price at AH but nowadays on my server, some are 50s...quite sad actually. though that just means, you have to know your market. check your AH for the mats you think you want to sell, and see if you can do it to help your bank increase.

It really depends on the item. Usually on my enchanting toons i just DE what ever blue I get, but thats just me.

in my experience with this, YES! In outland, I get PLENTY of quest with blue item rewards that I just don't need. I'd disenchant them and have always gotten a Large Prismatic Shard. On my server, the standard selling for this is 15-18g, the fast selling 13g. Easy Money!

But this is outland, with level 60 gear. I don't know what the lower blues drop.

In my experience, low end blues no, high end blues yes.

It depends of course on your server and the prices. But, there's usually a flood of low end mats (e.g., Small and Large Glimmering shards) and not a lot of demand. At the other end, Large Brilliant and Large Prismatic are in demand, but supply is more limited. If you can find cheap enough blues that DE into the Large Brilliant and Large Prismatic, then it can definitely be worth it. However, there are almost always a number of other enchanters out there looking for the very same deals. So, don't expect to corner the market on it. But, incorporating it into your AH routine can be worth it.

I DE any rare or epic that fits my profit parameters. It doesn't really matter to me if the item will sell for more gold than my shards. I have enough gold as it is, and more is redundant. If I buy it, I shard it.
