So I got this a couple days ago and have since made a few of these. However, I don't know how rare these are on my server or how many people can make them. I haven't been able to find any of them on my AH and haven't had much word from others about what they know of them.

Are these a good moneymaker? Should I continue making these and sell them? How many should I sell at a time? How often would they be used? We have quite a few guilds who can clear Gruul and do most of the other instance (Whatever it's called, I'm not 70 yet), so I assume it would be beneficial, but what are your thoughts on it as a potion and how good it is as a source of income?

the Fel recipies are not all that rare. i spent about 4 hours farming them in SMV on my hunter and got all 3. they are BoP, so you cant buy the recipe in the AH, you have to farm it yourself. so the lazy alc's will not have this, and the ones that actually make a small effort will get them.

they are not going to be that great of a money maker. each of the 3 Fel potions have positive and negative attributes and most people will pass on using becuase of the stacking de-buffs. on my hunter, i do use the +AP/-10 stam one, but i would never use a health or mana fel pot.

the one great positive about them is that the health and mana fel pots do not share the same timer as a regular health or mana pot, but thats about the only benifit.

sell the herbs, not the pots if you want to make money.

The problem of the Fel recipes is that they are aimed at ppl who know what they are doing. They have multiple advantages but most ppl can't look past the debuff. For example the fel mana pot gives you a guaranteed 3.2k mana, you won't get only 2k because you are unlucky as with a super mana pot.

It is perfect for hunters and ppl with an alchemist's stone (4480 guaranted mana back, woot!?! :), and it's decent for spellcasters and healers (the debuff is not that much, if your healer is oom I think he'd rather have -50 healing than no mana). So, yes these potions are useful.

Now if you think about selling them, it will be more complicated. They sell for way less than the mats (on my server at least) and from what I've seen they actually rarely sell at all. So I only do them for guildies.
