First, don't ever ever ever expect to make a lot of money with engineering. Its one mighty gold-sink.

Second, im not an engineer but i do suspect that scopes sell for quite a bit. Bullets too, perhaps.

Third, if you have picked up engineering, you would also have picked up mining. Now, mining is one mighty gold-maker so make full use of it. Every ore sells, even copper.

Fourth, to be able to have money, you can not spend any money at all. Enough said.

Fifth, what alot of people like to do is to pick up 2 gathering professions (mining, herbalism, skinning or disenchanting), make alot of money while leveling to 70, then switch and powerlevel a new profession. Saves any worries of money shortages and headaches of leveling your craft.

Cheers.

You CAN make money in blacksmithing, but you're going to end up dumping either a ton of time or a ton of money into leveling it. If you're that worried about making money, take two gathering professions. The only real non-gathering professions I know of that can make enough money to be the sole income is alchemy and jewelcrafting... However you have a lot of competition in both of those so you have to be smart about it if you actually intend on turning a profit.

Mechanical Squirrels sell well if you don't flood the AH with them. Scopes are good money makers, along with the non-engineering bombs that you can make. As you level and are cranking out 10-20 guns that you aren't using, send them to and enchanter alt to DE them and sell the mats. Same with the other items. Just because they can't wear/use the items, enchanters can still DE them.

If you wanna make money and your a rogue(70) go farm Mech chests...just Youtube it and youll found lots of guides...i just started and i made 100g in an hour cozz im kinda slow at the beginning but ive seen people earning 200g an hour...btw with engi its handy to make a Ripper-area 52 though it costs money it saves time travling with the taxi :P Engi is non profitable below 300 engi skill after that you can make money by farming nethers and making Gry balanced khorium destroyers for 200g nether 50 craft also not evry engineer wants to make the mats himself so theyl prolly buy it off Ah take advantage of that too.

Engineering is only right for you if you play this game for the fun of it not cozz your subconsiousness tells you to do so...

Well Gl lvling skil to 375..its a damn *****..
