I was wondering which would be bestfor a rouge... tribal lw or elemental... I know that tribal has the devilsaur set and elemental... stormshroud set. Which is better for a rogue to wear and better in the long run too.
P.S. I am also goin for some of the shadowcraft armor set

None of those items you mentioned require a specialization anymore, they can be made by all leatherworkers. Alla just hasn't moved them out of the specialization lists yet for some reason.
To decide, you need to look at the items that came out with the Burning Crusade such as: this which requires elemental leatherworking. I'm pretty sure most rogues go elemental to get that set at level 70, as none of the other epic sets fit a rogue.

Elemental is the rogue spec, as it yields the Primalstrike set at 375 and level 70. Tribal is for caster druids, and Dragonscale results in mail armor.
