Hi I have started tailoring as one of my professions, currently I have alchemy as my second profession, but I dot like how I have to buy herbs every time. So What other profession can I choose?

Pick up enchanting so that you can disenchant all the crap that you make while leveling tailoring. Either that, or you can just take any gathering profession, such as mining skinning, or herbalism.

I would lean towards taking two gathering professions until you get to a much higher level (uppers 60s are good) and have a nice bank account to then spend your money on the extra cloth. That or while you are leveling, follow a tailoring leveling guide storing the recommended amounts of cloth for leveling up and send it to a tailoring-bank-alt. This way when it comes to level tailoring most of the work is done.

If you decide to not go for the gathering I would also suggest Enchanting to pair with Tailoring. As you increase your skill you can DE Items as a good method for $$. Also once you get your Tailoring up past 300. the patterns start to require Enchanting Mats as components.

I.E.
Bolt of Imbued Netherweave
Imbued Netherweave Bag

Just to name a couple. Smiley: schooled

I recommend picking up Enchanting with Tailoring. Once your 70 and your tailoring is at 375, you'll constantly be getting netherweave. I make quick and easy gold every day just by farming netherweave, making Netherweave Bracers, then disenchanting them to get 1-2 Greater Planar Essences, or 3-5 Arcane Dust per Bracer... And thats just 1 stack of Netherweave.

Netherweave Bracers = 3 bolts of Netherweave = 18 Netherweave Cloth + 1 Rune Cloth ->>> 1-2 Greater Planar Essence or 3-5 Arcane dust.

On my server, each greater planar essence sells for about 4-7g, and a stack of arcane dust 25-30g

Helped me get my 280% mount :)

If you are a newb (no offence) i'd say drop both and get mining and skinning (= (easy and) easy way to get money)

If you are a more experienced player get the (dis)enchanting and work the AH now and then. This way you'll have enough money to buy either the mats for tailoring or alch.

U should in any case pick up fishing as for this is a secondary proff. and also a good money maker in the higher skill regions

I would definately say enchanting, noobishness (or is it noobieness) or no noobishness.Enchanting (well disenchanting anyway) is very easy to make large sums of money with even with very little seed money. I reccomend you reading one of the guides on disenchanting. I'm pretty sure there is one on the first page of this forum.

Good Luck

DISenchanting is the best gathering skill out there, use one of the guides here and you will be able to make lots of money, with little time spent doing so.
