Fishing MacroFollow

I was wondering if anyone knew of a macro that I could click when A fish bit on the hook it would reel it in and since I have auto looting enabled I could then click to cast again. Or is there any ideals on how to write a macro that could do this.

I use a mod called FishingBuddy, and use "easy cast" combined with standard WoW autoloot.

Instead of hitting a button, a double right-click will perform the cast instead. Its nice fishing with one hand while drinking a coffee in the other. It also enchances the fishing sounds slightly, so its more obvious when you get a bobber hit. Theres more advanced features, like switching into your fishing gear automatically, but I dont use that.

Fairly simple, easy mod.

There isn't a macro that will position your cursor over the bobber and click it when a fish bites. If there was, Blizzard would certainly call it an exploit and correct the situation.

As the post above says, get Fishing Buddy. You might also consider FishPing, to make the bobber make a more distinctive sound on a hit.
