changing greater essences to lesser....Follow

I have a real dumb noob question.......... How do you convert a greater essence to a lesser essence or three lessers to a greater....???

You just right-click on the Greater or 3 Lessers to change them to the appropriate type. BTW, it says this in the mouse-over tooltip on the essences.
