Few people talked about that lately. Create the Imbued Netherweave set (orange part) until 370. At 370, you can still craft the Robe or Tunic (both are yellows) and hoping to not have to craft too much. Or go into Steamvault (I think) and get a pattern that drop there that will allow you to go from 370 to 375 without too much crafted items. Sorry I forgot the item name!
Personnaly, I did the robe/tunic (I did 7 of them to go from 370 to 374 and I did my frozenshadow weave boots for the 375).

you can try to farm for the arcanoweave patterns, but depending on the prices for your server of arcane dust it may end up being about as expensive.
Basically there is no easy way to get any skill over 350, unless you have really lot of gold to spend.
I farmed my a$$ off on BEs in SMV and spiders in Terokkar and used every green drop otw for arcane dust. Took me 9 Imbued Robes to get last 5 points.
I must admit I didnt loose much money and I got exalted with scryers in the process, but it was some heavy 2-3 weeks farming to powerlevel my tailoring (I farmed myself everything from silk up).

I started a thread on this subject about a month ago (current;y on page 2 but here it is Tailoring 365-375) and I got more than decent answers.
Basically, if you can get your hands on the arcanoweave boot pattern, you'll probably end up saving lots of money. Every arcanoweave boot I made gave me a point till I hit 375 (366-375, and it was yellow for at least the last 5 points). I got lucky on the drop, but as Anobix mentionned, it's not that easy to get the said pattern. It is nice, but don't run the TK instances for that purpose only, unless you have quests/need rep with the Sha'tar.

normally there is no easy way, its hard for every profession to 375, but if u have enough gold, it comes easy.
